With this possibility, the investor owns 100% of the capital quotas and therefore also the whole profits, being that INCORIAL Ltda acts as intermediary, from the purchase of an adequate area of land to the formation and maintenance of the plantation, as well as for the services necessary to form and maintain plantations on already existing properties of an investor.
