STRATEGIC PLANNIG FOR THE IMPLANTATION OF TEAK IN REFORESTATION PROJECTS

Our company, Incorial Ltda, is working together with firms, which own large tree nurseries, that are capable to produce sufficient amounts of seedlings to supply the plantation of large areas. We offer several farms, that are very suitable for the implantation of Teak.

From the 11th year on, the originally planted area returns sufficient funds for an expansion of the area up to 200%.

Starting from the first year after the planting, there exists the possibility of selling the credits of Forest Reposition (1), a factor that contributes to the reduction of the investments in future expansions.



The wood produced from the second thinning on produces revenues that surpass the investments made.
